Overview
CueMasters ("we", "our") operates a tournament and live-scoring platform for cue sports. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your data.
Information we collect
• Account data: email address, display name, and role. • Profile data you choose to publish: bio, club, location, photos, and social links. • Competition data: registrations, match results, brackets, rankings, and trophies. • Device data: push notification tokens when you enable alerts for followed events. • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data to keep the app reliable.
How we use information
We use your data to run tournaments, display public sporting profiles and leaderboards, send optional event notifications, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Organizer contact details you publish may be visible on event pages.
Sharing
Public player and organizer profiles, tournament results, and rankings are visible to other users and guests. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) to host authentication, database, storage, and messaging services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & deletion
You may delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile, follows, notification tokens, and auth credentials. Tournament results that were already recorded may remain in event history to preserve competitive integrity.
Your choices
You can edit or remove profile fields, unfollow events, decline push permissions, and request account deletion. Contact your event organizer for registration-specific questions.
